1. General Agreement

By participating in any service offered by The Fit Academy, including but not limited to personal training, group classes, recovery services, and athletic development programs, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These terms ensure a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all participants.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

All participants must be in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in fitness activities. By signing up or attending sessions, you affirm that you have consulted a physician or waive the right to do so. The Fit Academy is not liable for injuries or health issues that may occur during or after participation in its programs.

3. Liability Waiver

Participants voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, or other loss arising from participation in activities at The Fit Academy. You release The Fit Academy, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained while participating in services or using our facilities.

4. Membership & Payment Policies

• Memberships, class packs, and training sessions must be paid for in advance.

• Monthly memberships auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Personal training sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may result in a forfeited session or fee.

• Group classes and recovery services may also require advance cancellation notice depending on scheduling.

6. Conduct & Behavior

The Fit Academy maintains a respectful and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any client’s participation without refund if they:

• Display disrespectful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior

• Damage facility property or equipment

• Violate community or safety standards

7. Use of Facilities

• Clients must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

• Proper attire and footwear are required.

• Use of equipment and recovery tools is at your own risk unless supervised by a trainer or staff member.

8. Media Release

By participating in sessions or events, you grant The Fit Academy permission to use photos, videos, or testimonials for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing.

9. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate in any programs or services.

10. Amendments

The Fit Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to active clients.
